Returns & Exchanges
At Oswaal Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a unique return ID.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
